About Internship
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles Understand job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining updates Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment tracker Support the HR team in daily hiring operations and reporting
