About the Internship: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in auditing financial statements, balance sheets and tax returns. 2. Prepare and review financial reports, statements and documents. 3. Conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis and financial modeling. 4. Assist in taxation matters (direct and indirect tax). 5. Perform internal audit and risk assessment tasks. 6. Assist in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations. 9. Assist in company law matters (e.g., company formation, secretarial work). 10. Develop and maintain client relationships.
